Piranha Games Inc is looking for inspiring leaders.

The leadership team at Piranha Games is responsible for helping to create processes and company policies, establish the overall scope of projects, maintaining the quality and efficiency of the game during production, mentoring and leading a small team, supporting their peers whenever possible, and contributing their own experience and expertise directly to the project.

He or she must possess proven leadership and teamwork skills as well as an advanced knowledge of video game production. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven ability to inspire their team to push themselves creatively.

General Requirements:

  • Previous team management, training, and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to assess and assign tasks to team members.
  • Perforce and Jira or similar project management/tracking software experience.
  • Development experience with CryEngine, Unreal Engine or similar.
  • At least 1 shipped Xbox 360, PS3, or PC video game credit.
  • A demonstrable passion and excitement for action video game titles.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with all levels.
  • A strong, flexible, and positive work ethic.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • A drive to learn and improve personal leadership and management skills.
  • A strong belief in leading by example.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies is a big plus.
  • Experience recruiting and selecting top industry talent is a big plus.
